§ 1 User

§ 2 Scope of application

  1. These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all contracts concluded between the user and the customers (both consumers and entrepreneurs) via the website codev-it.at.
  2. The customer is considered a consumer to the extent that the purpose of the order cannot be attributed to commercial or independent professional activity. Conversely, an entrepreneur is any natural or legal person or legally capable partnership who acts in concluding the contract in the exercise of their commercial or independent professional activity.

§ 3 Conclusion of contract and storage of contract text

  1. The product presentations on the website codev-it.at do not constitute a legally binding offer but rather an invitation to place an order.
  2. By clicking the "order with obligation to pay" button, the customer submits a binding purchase offer.
  3. The contract is only concluded upon the dispatch of an order confirmation via email by the user.
  4. The contract text is saved. After the order is completed, the contract text is no longer accessible via the Internet for security reasons.

§ 4 Pricing and offers

  1. In case of price adjustments by the manufacturer or supplier, we reserve the right to adjust our prices accordingly. Prices are applicable from our warehouse. Offers for special items and used goods are valid only while stocks last. All prices in the shop are final prices and include the statutory value-added tax. Shipping costs may apply additionally.
  2. For services, the prices stated are approximate prices unless otherwise specified. All prices mentioned are net prices in EURO and exclude the statutory value-added tax.
  3. Our offers are valid for 30 days from issuance and are non-binding. Offers for special items and used goods are valid only while stocks last.

§ 5 Payment terms

  1. The customer has the following payment options available: PayPal, bank transfer, cash on delivery.
  2. Payments are due without deductions upon receipt of the invoice. For IT services, a deposit may be required. In case of late payment, default interest and reminder fees will be charged. In the event of payment difficulties on the part of the customer, we reserve the right to withdraw from the contract and cease support services.

§ 6 Delivery and delivery restrictions

  1. Delivery is usually made within 7 working days, unless otherwise stated.
  2. For payments via bank transfer or PayPal, the delivery period begins on the day following the payment instruction.
  3. Goods are shipped at the customer's risk and expense. The risk transfers to the customer upon leaving our warehouse. The customer is responsible for filing claims in case of transport damage. Delivery times are non-binding; claims for damages due to delivery delays are excluded. Partial deliveries may result in partial invoices. Unless otherwise agreed, the customer bears the shipping costs.

§ 7 Error message and error correction in services

Customers have 30 days from the date of invoicing to report any errors and potential issues in writing. After this deadline, all error corrections will be charged at our current hourly rate. The customer will be informed of the estimated costs before work commences and asked for their approval.

§ 8 Cancellation and exchange

Cancellations and exchanges are generally not permitted. Exceptions require our written consent and may incur fees.

§ 9 Data protection and references

The customer agrees to data processing and may be mentioned as a reference.

§ 10 Retention of title

The goods remain the property of the user until full payment has been received.

§ 11 Warranty

The statutory warranty provisions apply.
